About the Role
You are our first Senior PM – and you’ll feel that weight in the best possible way.
We’re a team of 12, with 6 engineers building a multi-agent platform that’s changing how the advertising industry works with AI. You own the roadmap, sit in daily tech standups alongside the CTO, and partner closely with the CMO on go-to-market alignment.
This role is for someone hands-on, highly motivated, and relentless about shipping.
What you’ll do
- Own the full product roadmap: prioritization, trade-offs, delivery.
- Run regular user interviews and turn real insights into sharp product decisions.
- Collaborate daily with CTO and CMO to align product, tech, and marketing.
- Be present in tech dailies – unblock fast, push hard, keep momentum.
- Challenge engineering on scope, complexity, and timelines.
- Write crisp briefs and acceptance criteria that leave no room for guessing.Keep stakeholders aligned with clear, decision-ready updates.
- Get hands-on with the product: write prompts, create and manage agents, test outputs. You know what you’re shipping because you use it yourself.

- Roadmap is a live, trusted decision tool.
- Engineering ships faster with fewer escalations.
- User insights regularly feed product decisions.
- Delivery rhythm has measurably accelerated.
Your Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years PM experience, ideally in a startup with full roadmap ownership.
- Strong user research skills – interviews, synthesis, clear decisions.
- Proven ability to challenge engineering constructively and maintain momentum.
- Hands-on, high-energy, bias for speed.
- Clear communicator – for engineers and stakeholders alike.
- German Skills: Professional
Strong Plus
- Experience in advertising, ad tech, or marketing technology.
- Familiarity with AI-powered or agentic products.
- Background working with creative or media agency teams.
